lol, dont get me wrong, work's involved in it, buuuuuuuut adding the lineart and then the layers and layers of colors, now that'd take so much more time. A sketch can be anywhere form optimistic half hour to an hour and a half shaded.
But coloring satisfactorily many many more hours of work, so in comparison these are so much easier to make XD
