Oh god this is beautiful! I actually like that you took traditional werewolf anatomy rather than more humanoid anatomy -- I was actually just discussing this the other day with a friend, how werewolves tend to be portrayed with knuckle-draggingly long arms. :D
The tail does look a little off to me, though -- as if it's stemming from his hip rather than his tailbone.
But really, beautiful work. I really love the fur texture and the paw-pads of his hands! (:
