to answer 2 i think the "transformation" more of a shell like titan shifters in attack on titan. she's still in one piece somewhere in her dragon body (since Hadalen 'magic' is more of a conjuration then a transmutation ie we don't really see it changing thing just creating the so she's not turning into a dragon as much as she's making a dragon suit that she can see/feel as though it was her body)

If i recall correctly she does it like transmutation, like when she hid inside a rock. I'm fairly sure it was mentioned earlier she is able to convert her body into Hadalen earlier as well.

The clothing and jewellery is most likely internalized into her 'hammerspace".
