She actually did this one early last year, but I forgot to post it.
It's the reference picture I use most for commissions or whatever, so consider it a primary look. Aside from general patterns and accents, I'm really un-picky about it, though.
Couple inches short of six feet tall. Bearish figure, even under the feathers. No special markings to require a rear view. Small fan of tail feathers. His exact species is a muddled mystery, and canonically he doesn't have external genitalia either.

Well, no. XD I just feel that there are at least two ways owls are treated in cultures: the benevolent (or at least neutral) creature of wisdom, silence and observation; and the night monster who spreads death and misfortune. I'm calling the former the "Glaux" aspect, and the latter, "Strix".
I see. Well this form reminds me of the Greek gods of ancient times, and having watched Legend of the Guardians, well, of course I'd make the association.
