I'd like you to meet Ash's pet Blitzkrieg (Blitz for short) he's a lightning elemental dragon hatchling, he generates electricity from his body that matches that of a lightning storm when he's fully grown but can only make enough for a static shock for now, unless either him or the people he likes is threatend then his body will suddenly change into his adult form long enough to deal with the threat so him and those he likes are safe.
