There’s no reference to her doing so, other than “a steady stream of people gathered, old friends and new.” Not stated if that included her or not.
While I’m sure she would have been invited, I can also imagine she would turn it down for her own reasons.

This feels like either Sha didn't know Meeka got married, or Sha is... disconcerted with Meeka's request to meet an apparent recluse whose personality changed by wandering into and mapping a realmsphere.
