I found these figures at a Meijer here in Michigan, they looked to be about one inch tall each and the store only had those 4 fully sculpted figures in that small size.
The price was included in this picture that I took because I had not seen anyonre else mention that these were in the united states(or Michigan at least)
I bought myself the set and now have all 4 ponies standing on my desk, and Pinkie Pie is more likely to fall over than Rainbow Dash

No see I've bought transformers toys, and after looking on the package found out Hasbro has a manufacturing plant IN Pawtucket Michigan(Giggity). The figures are usually recolors, and are distributed to discount retailers like dollar stores. I expect the ponies I saw where a similar deal, being recolors
I looked on the Hasbro website, turns out Rainbow Dash isn't the only pony from the "discount" set done up as an earth pony instead of a Pegasus. They Sell "Star Song" as a full size pony and she's Pegasus too. I didn't check out every set but I did notice 2 of them had Pinkie Pie. More interestingly Hasbro sells "blank" Earth ponies exclusively though their website, completely white bodies no details and white hair that takes color well.
