Spring Fawns (Adoptables) (CLOSED)
Doing a limited seasonal run of these lil feathery fawns for springtime.
What symbolizes spring better than young deer? <3 So I present these to you all!
These fawns are born in the early days of spring, and even from their first day, they're leaping all over!
There's a reason for this! The more they leap and practice their jumping, the stronger their little feathered wings get. You can see the startings of their wings just at the base of their front legs, around the shoulders. When fully grown, their wings allow them to glide long distances, though they do not flap or take off like regular wings.
Males tend to be better gliders, while the females usually lose their gliding strength over time from tending to their young and remaining grounded. Young fawns who are old enough to mate perform gliding aerial dances under the new moon once the weather has begun to warm. It's a truly beautiful sight to behold, with multiple groups gliding through-out the night sky!
Here are the first 4 in this limited run.
You may rename them and may choose their gender.
Prism- Born under a double rainbow, Prism's colors sparkle brightest just after a spring rain. By some mystical means, they can glide higher than the others during the sunshowers that sometimes appear during this season. Favorite food is daffodils!
Bali- A stockier built fawn who loves to ground race others, claiming to be undefeated even by gliders! Bali has a temper at times and will make quick use of their strong back legs to swiftly correct their naughty peers. Favorite food is cinnamon sticks.
Cinder- Hotter days appeal to this doe, allowing their hooves to seem almost on fire as they glide and leap. A rare pattern covers Cinder's coat, a gift from an interesting mix of parental traits. Favorite food is fresh chili peppers.
Celis- Incredibly affectionate, Celis loves to bring gifts to all their friends while displaying their incredible skill at catching winds and seeming to take off vertically. Ideally, Celis prefers to spend afternoons in the warm sunlight along riverbanks with their friends. Favorite food is blackberries nibbled straight from the tree.

Yeah, well what I had in mind was that Cinder's parents weren't a pair that would normally couple and mate. Father was a firebuck and mother was a night doe. Complete opposites taht resulted in his night-flame appearance. xD I'd consider doing adult forms eventually if these catch on!
Hehe, I loved making their design and back story, so that'd be awesome! There is alot of room for possibilities with these. X3
That'll be $5 to falcon_x_[at]hotmail.com <3
