Welp, that was awesome.
On terms of graphics and aesthetics, I really like the sketchy, out of alignment, imperfectly done lines and the wonky consistency of faces; the lack of perfection really gives it a silly, great to look at feel that really helps the simple, show-style humor that reaches to all audiences.
In terms of scenes and points of view: excellent work. I particularly liked how you were purposefully hiding Pinkie Pie's red eye in the first comic, and the zoom out to her loft was excellent. Kudos to making such a beautiful shot of Sugarcube Corner, by the way.
Dialogue was excellent. Everything was very in character, particularly with how Pinkie Pie could not be bothered to get the medical term right, even once. I was also laughing when Nurse Red Heart and Pinkie Pie were intentionally or unintentionally rhyming during the first part of the diagnosis, as if they were playing a Doctor Quack game.
Excellent work with the facial expressions. Though the eyes can get a bit too wonky at times, every single eyelid, gesture, mouth movement, and position was hilarious and well drawn. I particularly loved Pinkie Pie's sunglasses look and the equally hilarious poses you gave her, coupled with those lines she had.
Brilliant work with Fluttertree. I was seriously not expecting that.

I actually had a teacher with this (subconjunctival Hemmorage)... it was really strange to look at. Especially early on, when only _half_ of her eye was red, rather than the whole thing. She had blue eyes too, so it really stood out. All the students thought it was awesome though.
