maxima who's also a freak fan like me of Rockman
( http://www.furaffinity.net/full/547752/ ) drew us "cosplay"-ing as Rockman X and Zero. It was really my honour to color it. Full of experiments of the coloring, background, and bla bla bla...
I turned the background dark so you can see the glowing of the Max-Saber and Neko Buster, but you can change it into the "bright" though (Why d'you think I made it in "Flash" anyway? B3 ) .
While I prefer his long hair colored dark, you can see his preferred blondie hair color version in his page

THIS IS COOL COOL COOLIO!! Cute bright<->dark effects.. I've seen the character designs but not the background.. but your faces in the background with the line effects make it all the more cool!!
