Hey, nice one! Pretty good colors, and the expression is neat!
Only thing is that cel shading does not follow contours of lines, they have their own contours. Look at one of my drawings:

Not saying that I'm the best artist, but it should suffice. There are a gazillion artists, many on this site, who cel shade better than me.
