It was my day off today so I went to the Calgary Stampede. I was looking pretty forward to it too because My Little Pony was gonna be performing a few times at the Coca Cola Stage.
They performed for about half an hour and sang a few of the songs from the show. All in all, it was pretty entertaining, even though it was more centred toward younger children than it was on the animated series.
I managed to get a few shots using my iPod touch, but I'm only gonna post this one as the other's are kinda crap compared to this.

I have no idea to be honest. Hasbro probably did get this tour established, but I can't say for sure. The only canadian channel that airs MLP is a preschool channel called Treehouse TV. After the show was over, they were handing out ruler/bookmarks of MLP which advertized Treehouse TV on it, so they may have had a hand in it as well. It's hard to say...
