It does look complicated because it looks like a lot is going on, but it really isn't c: It's basicly just having different shades in the shading rather then just one.

Fur varies really. Sometimes I do it smooth like her, sometimes I do it more, fluff like? Spiky.

Yeah, I try to go with a soft painter/airbrushing style when I color, but I can't ever really seem to get the texture right. I think this will help :3 I have to try it later on when I'm not so distracted n stuff xD
