Mac's seems out of place, if only because I can't see him caring enough to go and trouble Twilight with it.
I guess it works though if you imagine him fiddling with it for days at a meandering pace beforehand.
XD for the mayor the please seems out of place with the rest of the statement. Perhaps if I imagine her saying it more like "... for me. Please?" with an expression that softens to a pout... yes... that works nicely :3
Anyway, it was a great series! Stuck to the characters quite well and gave everyone some good laughs!

I was originally going to do Big Mac as an echo of the Applejack strip (panel 1, he tries to solve it, panel 2, he stares at it in frustration, panel 3 he goes to get Twilight's help) but then I came up with this series-of-one-panel-blackout-gags format.
And you don't understand: the mayor is in HIGH DUDGEON and at FULL BOIL over this &&^$&^(* cube!
