Hello more images from my Equestria dreamscape. Now some of the images and posts recently http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6397186 http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6406252 have painted a rather grim image of the world. However even when things are looking their darkest Petina can find a way to put her own somewhat hedonistic little spin on things.
After the rather long stressful but informative day spent with Celestia and Luna getting Paynes Gray, my own and Petina's story spelled out in detail http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6429002 http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6448663 I was rather drained from whole experience. Since we were going to have plan what we were going to do about the Lord of Shadows, Celestia suggested that myself, Twilight, Petina, and Spike simply stay in the palace so it would be easier to meet.
We all agreed but Petina asked if she could return to Ponyville for a short visit to as she put it "Acquire some equipment that could assist in our upcoming adventures." She said it would only take a couple days but would provide no additional details. Celestia agreed to her request.
A coupe days later she returned with Rarity and a pile of garment bags. Inside were Petina's secret weapon! Now Petina is of the opinion that some type of covert operation would be necessary for us to defeat the Lord of Shadows, and covert operations are invariably more successful when the female members of the group are wearing slinky black outfits. Kind of like what Photo Finishes female assistants wore only black. That is where Rarity came into the equation.
It is a credit to Rarity's skill that she was able to turn out such wonderful work in only a couple days. Although Twilight was a bit disturbed by the fact that she knew the Princesses measurements off the top of her head. What bothered Twilight more was the fact that Petina's little kinky mind cooked this scheme in the first place! These are the royalty of Equestria and she was uncomfortable at how the little white unicorn was eyeballing the two sisters. Her mind was further disturbed by the knowledge that Petina had plans to make similar outfits for the Elements of Harmony in case they were needed to defeat the Lord of Shadows.
Celestia had to agree with Petina that the suits did flatter her figure; especially her flanks. However to Petina disappointment she declined her outfit. Luna on the other hand was intrigued by her outfit and decided to keep it. Maybe not for their current crisis but she thought she could find some use for it in the future. This set Twilight off on further bout of anxiety as if she was watching the very decline of Equestrian civilization before her eyes!
Rarity offered little balm to her soul when she stated that she saw no problem with the outfits. They weren't colors she'd chosen but she'd been working on spec from her client, Petina, and Petina's bits were just as good as anyone else. Besides Luna was a young mare now and she could make her own decisions. Twilight needed to relax.

Yes, we discovered that Petina along with spell "Subtitles" she also seems to have a spell that we will call "Dress Up" in which you don't remember doing it but some how you've changed your clothes and are wearing whatever Petina wanted you to be wearing. Much Twilight's horror this apparently works on Princesses to!
What about the money, though? Or did Petina's cutie mark come into play? (What was the line -- "Petina only comment on the subject was that it made sense since her butt had made her a lot of money.") If she could spontaneously generate bits, she'd run the risk of ruining Equestria's economy!
No, but she has been running a couple little money-making operations since almost the day she arrived in Ponyville. I just haven't had the time to sketch them out and post them.
Her main one has been arranging an advertising campaign for Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack has been very successful with the Apple family's farm in Ponyville. In fact the farm has consistently produced more apples, that eventually spoiled, than AJ can find buyers or can process herself. Sure they have been able to ship some of their overstock to markets like Canterlot or Manehatten but it is tricky to get recognized in those larger cities.
However no matter how successful AJ was as a farmer/ business person she did not want to sink a huge chunk of change into printed ads or billboards. How then could she make new possible customers aware of her goods. Petina's answer sky writing.
Now Petina knew Rainbow Dash worked in the Weather Service and was pretty good at make clouds. So Petina asked RD if she could make the clouds in specific shapes. Could she stretch them out in long strands behind her. Could Rainbow write words and make images with the clouds themselves?

Petina wanted to know did the clouds have be in specific shapes or could they be...well...different. OK. Luna's reaction is the best by far, though I liked seeing Celestia get caught up in the shenanigans a lot more.
Initially I thought you had yourself in the shot with Luna, which I thought was hilarious. I was imagining a scene like this:

That's probably something Rarity does almost reflexively. I'll bet she knows a pony better by "size 5 with legs for a size 6" than "pink with poofy mane and tail and balloon cutie mark."
