Slapped some colors on a sketch I completely abandoned as part of an experiment in pastels! :D I thought complementing colors would look pretty good in this picture.

Didn't come out exactly the way I wanted it but I'm still very happy with the colors and the purple outlines. The idea was nicked from :userLunacatta:'s lovely icon of Keaton.

Also, that's a Joltik clinging to that lady's head. Joltiks are usually the size of a fingernail but I think they'd look cuter if they were as big as a pillow. blah blah blah Joltik is a pokemon and belongs to NINTENDO

EDIT: Just noticed that the pastel colors vary from monitor to monitor, I'm going to see if I can find some sort of constant to bring out all the yellows I used.
