So yeah I think it fits nicely together with Kingman storming into a church and challenging a big as hell demon. D&D fans will know it as a Klurichir demon. The actual story though is thus:

This is the very same demon that bit Kassandra's arm off (Kingman's Inquisitress) when they fought the demonic horde in hell, while trying to stop her traitorous brother. (that's an even longer story though)

So once it was confirmed that a cult had brought this bastard to the material plane Kassandra leads an attack against it, but her main force is locked in combat with the demon's horde outside. Kingman being the headstrong zealot he is, just busted through the front door and challenges the demon. (He has just as much a desire for vengeance as Kassandra. As this demon was leading the horde in the first place, and it's ally a Bebilith demon impaled Kingman through the back in that battle.)

Oh how powerful is this guy? He kills and eats Balors, and they are terrified of Klurichirs.
