Mass Infantry Unit #8 is the original mass produced security unit of the Exploratory Corps. The are normally armed with axes.

My CO recommended that I keep this log as way of grounding my thoughts over the long journey. Personally, I don't think I'm going to need it but oh well; I'm not really looking to stir any pots with the higher-ups. I'm currently going over the specs on some of our units and quite frankly (please don't let anyone read this.) they kinda suck. Outside of being able to take a good few hits, they can barely do anything for themselves. Seriously, a couple of them deactivated in the middle of a job because they forgot that they needed to recharge.
A replacement is really needed. Luckily, I do have that bird concept lying around.
