I had OODLES and OODLES of fun working on this commission. (Even became free entertainment at the airport on the way to MFF when our flight was delayed around four hours, as I polled the younger members of my audience as to which pony should be drawn next.) And it took me BLOODY AGES to get the whole thing colored once the lineart was done.
But by GOLLY, it was FUN.
