But curiously, is his feeling tired just a short term side effect of the changing so rapidly & having 20 years sucked off him so quickly?
Because if it's long term/permanent, it seems odd. I know plenty of 46 year olds who are full of pepping energy. So unless he's developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the process, it seems odd to me he feels so tired all the time now.

Well, in the story, goes through though physical changes over the course of three days (hair growth, weight gain, and balding). On the third day he discovers the source of his changes is actually the seductive high school principal. When he confronts her she siphons off twenty years in a matter of minutes (so, a bit less than a week, I suppose). The change leaves him physically exhausted and emotionally defeated. The change is meant to be permanent, but he's trying to find ways to reverse it. The tiredness is only short term though, as he has a bit more pep in the sequels. Yes, there are more.
I wonder if I can post the stories on FA. It would certainly make things easier.
