One day Kindel, Flare and their friends went exploring the frozen lands of Flare's home world, while they were sailing to the capital of the once thought extinct Ice salamons Kindel caught a glimpse of something in the distance and when he flew over to see what it was he found a wrecked ship from battles long ago and inside a part of the wreckage he found a frozen egg, after he brought it back to their ship Flare began warming up the egg and to everyone's surprise it started moving and after a while hatched revealing a little baby girl Ice salamon, Flare instantly fell in love with her and with Kindel adopted her as their own and soon after they got home she showed signs of having a rare gift called the god's gift which quickly aged her body to the body of a teenager and grew wings, by age she's actually younger then Ash and Ebony.
