Ending my social search for now

It saddens me to report that I have a hard time to control my unconscious when my conscious mind clearly knows if someone is not available.
This is exactly what happened between someone I will not identify here. (unless you read my twitter feed recently, but that's still just a clue) But, to differentiate, it is not a web person, it's a RL person.
The person was clearly not interested, my conscious mind accepted, but the evil unconscious didn't. No further detail beyond that except it was a peaceful resolution.
In RL, I'll remain a closed person for the time being in case any BCIT furry identifies me on campus (Besides, it's exam crunch time right now, so friendship building is impossible anyway...)
This is not the social self I want out there, so it is truly best to lay low for quite a while... (will update if this changes, but it's doubtful)
