Hamha Everyone:
Much has transpired within the Further Realms over the past two months. Let's recap. King Avis realized that, despite the blessing of the Dingus Duck, he is still not free from the evil that he welcomed upon himself in his quest to renew his beloved country of Bennet.
Knowing it to be only a matter of time before the demons came to collect upon his debts, Avis assigns Ham-Ham and her best man to take the forbidden tome he had used to achieve his once great power to the Wedar city of Carr. It is here that, within the renowned Great Vault that he hopes The Grimoire of Ennui can be sealed away forever so that no one ever again falls victim to its curse.
Everything about the plan seems foolproof up until Master Artificer, Aro Usal, falls prey to the grimoire's vile powers and is possessed by a foreboding entity who apparently writhes within its pages. Fortunately, the combined efforts of the hierophant, Goatella, along with the courageous actions of Ham-Ham and Hex put the restless spirit of the book to rest, for now.
Needing a new plan, Goatella and Aro suggest that Sotelo, son of the hierophant herself, lead Ham-Ham and Hex to Mt. Nickian. It is here where a much more powerful force of good resides who should be capable of purging the book of its evil once-and-for-all.
After a bit of drama, Sotelo sets out from The Great Vault with Ham-Ham and Hex towards the sacred spring of Fudgy the Seal.

Now, before we embark into the next thrilling section of the campaign, I would like to send a shout out to all of you who have faithfully followed the series up to this point. Without you, none of this would be possible and I would've have long since gone onto other projects. Thank you all for making this such an enjoyable write for me. I hope you will continue to enjoy the series as it moves ever closer towards its climatic end.
Now, being at a break, I can't help but to ask all of you what you think of the story thus far? What do you like about it? What don't you like about it? Do you notice anything that could be improved upon? This is all of your story as much as it is mine and any input you could offer would be greatly appreciated. :)
Here's to a most Ham-Ticki-Tastic holiday season! Gabby-Gabby-Gaboo!

FA+

I also think because it's more conversational, I've found more humor in your writing, and other cute things! Whether it's intentional or not, I'm definitely enjoying it. :3 Lookin' forward to more too!
:) I remember when you encouraged me at the on-set of this project to not worry about how long it took me to finish it, too. Honestly, I really REALLY appreciate that. As it stands, I highly doubt this will be done by Christmas, or Valentine's Day for that matter. This is because, with each section, another great idea comes to mind that I feel would make the story all that more believable and thought provoking. Sure it'll end, but not until the story itself says its good and ready to be finished. :)
Speaking of happy, I have a bunch of additional characters about ready to make their appearance in the story to help kick-off Section 2 of the campaign. Rumor is that a certain kitty will soon be finding himself getting dragged along on a little journey to a nearby barn to catch up with some old friends in order to help the cause. I wonder who that could be? ;)
Honestly, though, it's thanks in large part to you and Nishi that I am excited to write each and every one of these thrilling chapters. You both have really made me feel like this project has been time well spent and I am as eager as you are to see how it all turns out in the end.
As for the next section, we are about to introduce a whole bunch of new characters to this particular campaign. After all, it wouldn't be the same without bringing back those who made the first campaign such a grand adventure in the first place. ;)
