Pegged and busted all at once

Credit where it is due: The ball-equipped ball-busting strap-on originated in the mind of  Minotorture. I just added a stop.

There is a pillory and a nude male locked in it, nicely bent over so someone can have her way with him with the appropriate aid. Someone is having her way with him, with the appropriate aid of a strap-on. But this pillory setup and this strap-on are not quite the usual ones. Under the male and just ahead of his dangling balls (maybe touching) is a post, perhaps square or maybe concave. His balls will not be swinging very far forward because of that. Her strap on has an addition or two. Balls. Heavy metal balls suspended to swing easily.

When she thrusts, not only does he get pegged, her metal balls swing into his soft testicles... and because of the post, they aren't going anywhere. Each stroke is another kick in the nuts. Each strike alone might not be much, but they can and will add up.
