40k Fetish Vote! Here we go again!

Please follow my Twitter for more frequent updates!! So things are starting to approach the 40,000 pageview mark for me and I'm going to offer my previous fetish vote for my watchers!
Those who have previously participated will remember the last times so here's a memory refresher and some new guidelines!
Basically, I am dedicated to drawing whatever the majority of you guys want to see!
Its pretty simple, we start with two sets of votes, the first one is anything goes. This is the important one, I'll keep the page up for as long as I can. If you have any suggestion for a fetish please COMMENT with your suggestion. The highest votes will get secondary voted into the finals, and the top two votes will be combined! If somebody suggests something that you like, reply to their comment with "I second this!" or something along those lines! I'm not limiting votes for replies, so if anything suits your fancy let me know!
The twist this time around is that you guys get to pick the characters involved, too! Please vote for both a fetish and a character if you can! Naturally they are my own, (sorry guys!) so have your choice between:

If you do not want the character to be paired, state in your comment it is a solo vote. Otherwise the other highest voted character will somehow be worked into the image.
Aaaaaaaaaaand go! No fetish goes unmentioned- feel free to suggest anything! Even if it means adjusting a character for it (in age or gender) I'm willing!
