Anyone want Windows 7?

Yeah, ignore this journal now. Several reports have come back that the so-called offer is not entirely on the level. :p Sorry to be a part of this, if only incidentally.

Pirated copies can easily be activated, validation (when they start blacklisting keys) is another issue.
And let me repeat—activation is not the same as validation. You can easily activate a stolen key using the OEM exploit that worked in Vista. Once Microsoft starts blacklisting Windows 7 keys, a lot of those copies are going to fail validation, and then the Windows Update heartache will begin. Right now, Microsoft is not, as far as I know, blacklisting any keys on the validation process for Windows 7.
You don't have anything to hide, do you?
"ts a digital download"
Meaning you get it off the Microsoft web site.
Now go back to the hole you came from.
How do you know this?
(and IntelMiner, dude, all you have to do is somehow prove you're not selling cracked OEM versions, and I'll gladly shut up.)
so regardless of if hes done anything bad to you or not. please dont butt into someone elses journal, for the sole fact of bitching him out.
otherwise your no better than whoever your calling a prick.
Buying things for cheap and selling them for slightly more is an easy way to make a quick buck. No harm in that. The only problem is giving that key to them. Say if you im them the key, you could accidentally mistype it into a notepad file and save it and the key won't work when giving them it.
I've said too much for answering that question. ^^; But yeah, as you can see, the easiest way for them to sell it like that would probably be a print screen screenshot of the key from the site as I believe a recent occurrence could've been prevented that way...
we were skeptical because he refused to tell us why he had so many of the keys, and why he was selling them all, which made us believe they were not legidimate
