SHORT VERSION: I shan't do anything worse than ESRB Rating E10+ or anything that disrespect the rights or wishes of the owner of the character. (I need you to tell me anything extra, though.)

I shan't do anything worse than ESRB Rating E10+ or anything that disrespect the rights or wishes of the owner of the character. (I need you to tell me anything extra, though.)
If Caleb Cerrón (regardless of any alias which he uses to identify himself) receives permission to do any fan-work (whether they be still drawings, animations, music, stories, poems, or otherwise) of someone else's character, he will willingly impose upon himself the following rules:
# All obscene language (in any language) will never be present, especially on taking names in vain (most notably God and Jesus).
# Controlled/illegal substances (like alcoholic drinks, cigars, cigarettes, or drugs) will not be used or referenced, although they may be substituted with more innocuous substances.
# Blood will not be shown. However, slapstick/fantasy violence may be in "proper battles." (For example, violent reactions will not be implemented.)
+ Any character may win (or lose) a battle. However, no characters will ever be depicted dying (regardless of who would die).
+ If a character undergoes an operation, in addition to the rest of the rules, the operation will not end in failure or cause any extra debilitation (other than what would be normal during the operation). Internal organs and the like will not be portrayed in a gratuitous/"guro" matter. Operations of a barbaric nature (hysterectomies, operations without anaesthesia, "preventative" tonsillectomies...) are strictly forbidden.
# Depictions/references of sexual actions and human nudity will not be present. Intimate clothing will not be shown. Body parts (clothed or not) involved in elimination of wastes or reproduction (or their respective bodily products) will not be depicted.
+ No characters will be part of "pairings", unless the owner of the character in question permits otherwise. If so, the pairings will be heterosexual, monogamous, and non-incestuous. Also, a human will not be paired with a non-human. (Even so, pairings might not be implemented anyways.)
+ "Majo Checks" (the gameplay feature in the Doki Doki Majo Shinpan games where a suspect is inspected to activate a "witch mark") will not be done on the character in question, unless the owner of the original characters permits otherwise. If so, there will be no "jiggles" or "super-H modes" (a zooming over a special area of the suspect using the binoculars) that violate any other rules.
+ BDSM will never be present.
# Male characters will not be depicted crying.
# Tattoos will not be present. (Tattooed characters would be adjusted accordingly.)
# Only females are allowed to wear only one ear ring per earlobe. (Those without earlobes will be given proper adjustments. For example, those without earlobes but wear horn-rings are allowed.)
# No macabre will be present unless the owner of the character in question permits otherwise (or personally partakes in such). In such case, a slight "creepy" setting might be implemented. (Even so, macabre might not be present anyway.)
# Caleb Cerrón will do his best to give due respect to the other's characters.
+ No racism (especially anti-Semitism) nor sexism will be present.
+ Depiction of other belief systems (including even agnosticm, atheism, Scientology, or any fictional/ancient religion) may be supportive, neutral, critical, or satirical, but not defamatory or insulting. (Even so, religions most likely will not be depicted, anyways.)
+ Obscene humour will not be present.
# Fat/inflation/muscle growth/vore/hypnosis will normally not be present, unless the owner of the character in question permits otherwise (or personally partakes in such). (Even so, hypnosis, popping, or vore most likely will not be used anyway.) However, pregnancy will not be depicted.
# Feet will not be emphasized unless the owner of the characters in questions permits otherwise (or personally partakes in such). If so, only non-human characters might undergo a bit of focus (like rubbing or stomping), but licking will not be present.
# Diapered characters (save for babies) will not be present.
# Design/clothing/age/size changes may be present. (Transforming a character into a robot, human, animal, anthro/furry, and so on count as a design change.) However, suggestive clothing will not be depicted, and transformation into anthro/furry characters will not be used unless the owner of the original character says otherwise (or personally partakes in such).
# Any doubts on rules will be attempted to be clarified with the owner before submission.
Caleb Cerrón will comply with any additional rules that the owner of the character in question will give.
# Fan-works may be submitted to either deviantArt (if the owner of the character in question is on deviantArt), FurAffinity (if the owner is on FurAffinity), or YouTube.
# Credit will be given to the owner if the fan-work is done. (In addition, if the character is a fan-character, that is, derived from another series, credit will be given to the respective series.)
# Caleb Cerrón will inform the owner of the character in question (usually through Note) if the fan-work is done.
# There may be a possibility of Caleb Cerrón wanting to draw a previous design for the character in question. If so, Caleb Cerrón will explicitly ask you for permission to draw the previous design. Otherwise, assume that Caleb Cerrón is asking permission to draw the current design of the character in question.
ALL OF THE RULES WRITTEN HERE ARE PLACED EITHER OUT OF PERSONAL CONVICTION OR RESPECT OF THE OWNER OF THE CHARACTER. (For example, not everybody likes inflation, and there are people, like Caleb Cerron himself, who feel unconfortable having their characters in "adult" situations.)
