Hmm... I'm not artist, but here's an idea...

Part 1) A young man finds a strange fox costume on the floor. He picks it up and starts to put it on.

Part 2) The costume starts to fuse with the man, becoming part of him. He looks euphoric, he's going to be a fox!

Part 3) Something's wrong, he's loosing mass, and the costume doesn't look like a fox, it still looks like a costume. It's a trap, he's fusing with the costume, not the other way around!

Part 4) The costume starts to hallow out as his eyes turn to eyeholes and the zipper reopens to reveal nothing. With nothing to hold him up, the man, no turned fox costume, falls to the floor.

Part 5) A young man finds a strange fox costume on the floor. He picks it up and starts to put it on.

What do you guys think ^_^?

That's really evil... also, I've seen it before... something like a flask of potion that turns the victim into another potion... next to a huge pile of empty flasks.

Hmmmm, I'm curious about this. But I'm gonna have to see a sample or 3 before I know fully what you mean. (kinda have a vague idea, but not 100% sure) Be fun to see some of the results. :)

I'm no real artist, but one of the few attempts I made is exactly this. A weasel had killed a rat and gets cursed by the dying rodent. He (the weasel) changes into a rat, then gets attacked by another weasel - thus the cycle.
