art usage [please read!]

just wanted to make this clear :>

Because the imageboard rule was mistreated, I am no longer allowing my art to be posted on image boards without my full permission. posting my art on an image board without my permission will result in a polite email to have it taken down, if response is not made within a week, I will look into what action I can to have it removed.
you may also not make prints of my artwork, or profit from it without my permission.
you may not post my art to pay sites, I have my art up for everyone to view because I don't like the idea of paysites.
NEW: DO NOT post commissioned art onto image boards without the commissioners consent, thanks :)
commissioners:
you may repost YOUR commissioned art to your own pages as long as credit/link back is included. you may also turn it into icons, and crop it in any way you like.
i'm also happy for you to ink/colour sketches I have drawn for you, as long as credit is still given for the sketch.
you may make prints for YOURSELF but you may not profit from the prints, unless you have bought the rights to the image for yourself. [note me about it, however the price WILL more than double]

oops, forgot to reply! if the picture is a commission, or one of my personal characters, I'd have to say no, if its a random character, its all good

Does that include photos taken by fursuit owners wearing their suits in places other than cons?

they may use the photos for prints and such, this is strictly art only :) though I'm always happy to see photos of my suits in action

i feel better knowing that i've at least tried :> that, and alot of my art has embedded copyrights and such in it, meaning i can see most of how its used over the 'net, its a useful little program, that way if i can catch anyone trying to sell it, i can catch it before they do :>

a)just found out e621 switched hands to a guy who seems pretty responsible about that stuff, so that's a good start, and b)didn't know you could do that with pictures, that's amazing!
