First, there's a pretty good chance that they really aren't broadcasting. Right now, the viewer count is more of a hit counter, and it only resets when the broadcaster logs off. I can almost guarantee that all of the names being listed on the "who's on" page are not actually broadcasting.
The other possibility is that the latest build of the viewer is broken. I did make some changes two days ago. This one I'll look into, as it could be serious.
One last thing - we noticed you were the first non-admin to sign up, so congratulations!
