.... I feel crappy because I think his spamming on everyone started with me.
I know exactly who he was and everything. If you look at one of my older journals, you'll see the start of his spam harassment to me. It was soon after I voided his commission: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1199799/
He was butthurt because I voided a commission due to his being impatient, and he spammed accounts at me a while back. Recently he made new accounts after an IP ban, and he kept noting me occasionally with cutie shit and sorries, trying to get his commissions back. Then on the Elementalfury account yesterday he sent me yet another note saying sorry. I ignored it, as usual, because I don't waste time with morons. And today he went spam crazy on my shout page (he only posted 1 of those things on other people, I got over 25 spam posts from him on my shouts, which I deleted) And he spammed someone that had recently commissioned me on a rather old-ish artwork of mine. After that point, he spammed my newest friend on FA right after I made a journal about her, and finally he went on to spam practically EVERYONE that posted something new.
I was actually the first person to post on his page because I was the first to receive the harassment. So uh, I'm not sure what to say, sorry this drama started? And sorry that it seemed to be caused by me. All because I wouldn't draw him some porn.

That's why he trolled. Because he didn't get his fap material.
There may have been other people he targetted at first too, I don;t know, but I do know I received a shit lot more harassment from this guy than a lot of the other people here.

I wish the system could keep him out. I mean jeez, why does he keep bugging you? He's just wasting his time and yours. Then again, some people can't help but make everyone hate them.

I can't even pay for comissions so I just look for freebies, and its still the same. Don't piss off people doing you pictures. Make you look like an ass in front of everyone
The thing is, ya, he's being an idiot, completely agree with you on that. But if you have kept the game stuff and not given the art in return, then yes, that IS scamming. It doesn't matter if it isn't worth enough for your pics, you accepted the commission, accepted the price. It's like how it's not right for an artist to change the price in the middle of a commission, after everything was agreed.
Also, saw one of your comments in the other journal, saying that after this, you changed your TOS to say that you will not refund game payments. Thing is, since this was done AFTER his commission, it doesn't apply to him. He should still be able to get a refund.
Now, if you did give all that back, then he's just a jerk. Sheesh, I hate people like him.
I made that rule after because I realized that I wouldn't be able to handle an issue like that again.
By now, I don't even want to make any contact with this guy, because he's done nothing but harass everyone close to me. If I could just send a set ammount of whatever as a gift or something in the game, I would have, but it's set up so you have to make contact with the person. I dunno, seems too late now, and it never would have happened had he not gotten so dramatic about his commission in the first place.
I really do hope this gets resolved or forgotten. I wouldn't give him his commission if I were you, honestly, he doesn't deserve it. Hopefully admins can somehow completely ban him, but, must be hard to do since he keeps avoiding it.

Though, before we were together he actually created a website for me to host my art and he was in charge of posting it up for me, so I suppose it came from that as well. Heh

you have a right to void things and all that m'larky if the other perons being an ass in regards to. i wouldnt hold yoruself too heavily accountiable either for someone else's actions. *shrugs* people are freaks.

I'd only accept alternative methods of payment such as video game content and cookies from very close friends... tho I think I did do a commission for a bag of cheetos and a bottle of water once (sitting at a table for a whole day at a convention without taking any breaks was not the best of ideas. x.x; ).

Me? Because of two reasons...
1. I criticized a bunch of his precious idolized games. Like that Majesty 2. I instantly gave it the thumbs down because from what I've seen, it's both shitty and boring. He's never stopped bawling over that. XD They're just fucking games... get over it, lol. He tried to troll me back by insulting Cave Story. The problem? I'm not a game-worshipper like him so it's just annoying and stupid.
2. I'm ashamed to admit, but... I originally was going to involve him in a concept I was developing. But when he revealed what a piece of shit he is, I completely re-designed all and anything related to him to completely remove him from the project. He's been trying to troll me by saying that my game "will never be real". Shows what he knows... It wasn't meant to be a game, but a BOOK. XD
