A shout left earlier (and now deleted) has brought to my attention I need to post further rules.

This is a general-audience-rated community. WVFurs will not control the ratings / content of the material on your personal page, but will not display / feature adult material on the group page.

Please take note of the following:

First and foremost, this is a community group. Please stay positive about the state and your community. Many of us do wish to leave the state for various reasons, but please do not express so in a vulgar / negative manner. This group's purpose is to show there is creativity, talent, and togetherness to be found in our humble state.

General rules:
Above all else, follow FurAffinity's rules!
No sexual / derogatory / cursing / explicit language in comments to this group page
No links to any adult material on the group page
No fighting - If you're having trouble with another user, use the block feature and take it to one of the FA admins

After this very journal goes up:
If anybody in this group is found to be deliberately breaking rules or causing disruption on this site or to this group (posting off-site to cause friction among users here), they will be put to a three-strike rule.

Strikes and bans:
Everybody will be given a strike 0 / warning if they're doing something disruptive the first time and will be directed to these rules as a reminder.

If a person uses their three strikes, they will be blocked from the group for three days.
If they break the rules thereafter, a week blocking. (Strike 4)
If they violate again, they will be barred from both group and meet-ups for a month. (Strike 5)
Then permanently from both group and meet-ups unless apologies are written. (Strike6)
Thereafter, any other rule-breaking will result in permanent ban from both group and any meet-ups. (Strike 7)

If you're wondering how one will be barred from meet-ups, whoever arranges a meet-up will be trusted with the responsibility to tell any banned members to not attend and to go home. If a banned member creates a meet-up, it is up to the members of the group solely if they decide to go or not. It cannot be completely controlled, but if somebody is really causing so much trouble to reach strike 5 and up, they might not be the coolest person to hang with. Just keep that in mind.

In no way does WV Furs control who you are allowed to be friends with in real life, and will not keep banned / blacklisted furs from enjoying meets not organized by WVFurs.

Example: If I, Wovstah, organized a WVFurs meet, and Pyroro was banned from the group, I would ask her to leave if she showed up. If Pyroro and I showed up to the same meet organized by another group, I, nor any of the other WVFurs members would have say over her attendance.

In other words, being banned from one organization does not make a person banned from others.
