Puppies unite - need your support for AUP!!!

Well, as most of you know, a large amount of my gallery was recently taken down - in a 'type' of misunderstanding I guess @_@
I still need to speak with
dragoneer about the new AUP and how it applies to my puppy stuff and whatnot, but aside from that, I was wondering if you guys wanted me to upload them again if they were allowed? Like, do people like it enough that I should put up a fight to try and defend puppies and all that type of pictures lol? Same with me wearing my leathers - I know it's not "furry" but it's still me nonetheless.
So long story short - are you guys with me!!!?? Please leave a positive comment if you do want to see them uploaded again, the more "support" I can get from you guys, the better are my chances when I speak with Dragoneer - so please link this to anyone you know who thinks they would like it!

I don't see what the problem was, they were "kinky", yes, but hardly pornographic.
As for taking it seriously and whatnot, I have spoken with Dragoneer many times about it, and he has been very receptive, as I have been 'mature' in my approach (minus the one rage journal I posted when all my stuff was deleted (I took the journal down as I realized it was stupid on my part)! The reason why I wrote this journal was for positive comments like yours, so that I can prove that there is "support" for my cause!

In the defense of puppy pictures:
There are far more "exotic" art forms and pieces that can be found on this site than simple puppy/submissive photography. My advice to the management is to consider accepting these pictures as well as tame photography of furry fetish wear in respect to the large furry community it helps support by having this art site in existence. No I may not be interested in watersports or harsh gore, but I would be upset if they were denied permission to express themselves here.
...oh shit, that's probably not going to help much.. Woopsie.
Well anyway, I think you should be allowed your art. I'm not aware of a better place for it than here. To each their own.

Well, as you are one of the co-moderators of BootedFurs.com, you already know that I'm all for furries expressing themselves. Just because you choose leather/spandex/whatever instead of fake fur, it doesn't make you less of a furry. It's the mindset, not the material, that makes us what we are.
I think that "in suit" is "in suit" regardless of what the suit happens to be made of... and so long as the pictures are not outright pornography, I'd certainly vote for your being allowed to keep them.

A suit is a suit, whether it's fur, leather, rubber or other; so long as it's kept tame and tasteful, it serves the same function and deserves to be displayed.

But the costume in comparison to a fursuit would be easier to conceal if you have to as well.
I don't see how your puppy stuff is not furry actually, well except for the fact that there is no 'fur', but clearly it shows 'furry on the inside', as it were.
We allow RL pics. We allow fursuit pic. We allow catsuit/zentai pics. And on and on. I don't see the harm. In fact, with all the art porn and frank discussion all over the site, your pup pics are fairly tame and tastefully done.
This shouldn't be an issue, especially if you have gone out of your way to mark them as mature even.

As a footnote, the idea that the staff can simply delete without an option of restoring is assinine. If nothing else, when they find pics such as yours that they don't like, moving them to your scraps and giving you 'x' number of days to remove them or contest the ruling would seem far more logical (So long as they are nothing illegal, of course). It has always amazed me what some people have censored and how it happens.
Did you make a lot of the stuff being shown? "By you, or for you" If yes, then post it. Is it Furry-related? (furry-related: anthro, wildlife, feral, 'toon, etc- whether drawings, music or costumes) Yes? Then post it. Are they "clean" images in that they show nothing of human bits- everything is covered tastefully and it's only posing? "no images of nudity allowed" THEN FRAKKIN' POST IT. Good grief, the mods seem rather inconsistent in their application of the AUP, in my opinion.

This is going to be shocking news to some, but hey guess what? YOU'RE ALL HUMAN! You might not like it, you might want to deny it but at least to some degree YOU'RE HUMAN! I am going to laugh at anybody who favorites bondage pics but says no to your photos.
Also nobody is forcing people to click on your content. People are just being whiny because "wah I'm a furry so everything should be furry wah wah". I dunno about you but this is about as furry as you can get with fetish gear ;)
I'm kind of surprised people say bad things to you about them, for that matter, considering the amount of shockingly bizzare stuff that gets posted on FA.

The times are changing, this site is trying to change it's appearance and nature. However flawed, oppresssive, discriminating or wanted this change may be, it is still a change. At the end of the day it's their/his site, and we all agreed to the TOS.
You still have your friends and followers on here, but using these responses won't get you very far. Everyone here is watching you for these kinds of pics. Not to be rude, but in the eyes of the site runners; this journal is like asking people at a baseball game if they want to see more baseball.
My sincere suggestion is that you host the pics elsewhere and link them from your journals here. Everyone gets to see you're stuff, the owners are happy, and you get to skip the whole fight.
If you start telling them what this site should be, or what you should be allowed to show, they'll tell you it's there site, take it or leave.
...and never risk the ban-hammer. They want to change this site, you're a right-click/block from that change. Even if you donate they can do as they wish since it's their site. Like the unemployed roomate that never paid rent the owners will boot you if you're too much hassle.

but i agree it's a irrational overkill 86'ing your submissions. scat, cub porn and violent artwork are perfectly acceptable but fetish gear and tasteful BDSM? i'm scratching my head at the double standard.
Recently I uploaded a couple of pictures of me as a rubber pup in a cage - about a minute after uploading, someone copied and pasted the AUP at me, and I was so annoyed/shocked that a cage suddenly makes my photos unacceptable, that I removed both of them myself. Perhaps my views of what is seen as "extreme" are different to other people's, but I do get the feeling that something's changed here.
Youve definitely got my support on putting up the Pup pics again: I would just suggest putting them up behind a Mature tag so that the Innocent ones whom just happen to be passing through don't have their Brains Broken by seeing a glimpse of something that can destroy their childish view of the world
