National Poetry Writing Month!
Today's April 1st, and as many of you click red-bordered submissions that yield no boners, I'm here to tell you that you can find something that's REAL in my side of FA.
Despite my situation at home (which has been mostly taken care of, thank you all for being so concerned for me~) I am going ahead and doing my challenge: NaPoeWriMo 2010!
What is National Poetry Writing Month? Its pretty simple; write 30 poems in the month of April - that's one a day. So far, I have completed this challenge for 2008 and 2009, and participated in 2006 and 2007. You can find the whole of my collection right here in my FA gallery, or visit http://neopatamonx.livejournal.com/ to see my past works. (though, on Live Journal, you won't get my commentary...)
I started doing this challenge every year to prove to myself that I could write beyond the realm of smut. Its grown into a bit of a passion of mine, and I sometimes wish every month could be NaPoWriMo! As I write this too, I invite any of you to join me in the challenge. I know its kind of 11pm already, but my house rule says that as long you haven't fallen asleep yet, you're still on time (Its 5 o'clock somewhere, amiright?)
So, relax as I invite you to experience what years of freestyle, stylized, and post-modernized writing has allowed me to share the world.

*one small conversation with a friend*
YAY I GOT ONE!
Or just keep it in your own lil composition book - then this time next year, you could reflect on it, be like "Wow, I did it, I can do it again~" and become better~ <3
Hmm, haha. X3 Maybe I can make my comments to each post a poem! That way I can tag along as I follow yours, rather than post writing on top of all the other stuff I already do. X3 hehe
You can do it! :D
I read your last journal and I am glad to hear you are still able to be creative amidst what seems like a sea of chaos. Though, they do say interesting times make for great writing. :)
I'm glad to see your determination shining through and, like everyone else, am excited to follow you throughout this most poetic month.
I've been anticipating it, though not wanting it to come any faster than it did. I've got so much on my mind and plate lately x.x; But yeah ~ The poems this year promise (hopefully) to be a bit more interesting than last years'
