Commission info! (Not formally open just yet)

Hello everyone =D Just putting some commission info and refs as many have asked about it for a while =D
Commissions are not open just yet however!
I will be formally opening for commissions as soon as possible but not before I finish most of my current workload of pics I owe people. I need food so finishing up what I owe and opening is better done sooner then later XD
while I continue to share some of the works I have done over the past year with you this month (April) I am still hard at work finishing pics I owe. if you think what I have been uploading so far this month has been a lot just wait to see what is to come =D

Commission Info:
So you want
yifferfox to draw for you? That’s great! I’ll tell you everything you need to know!
First off, there are a few ways to get Yiffer to draw a picture for you.
You can:
*Commission him (give him money for a picture)
*Buy and or send him an item from his wish list. (not up just yet)
*Order food for the fox to eat.
*Trade him something he would like.
If you can fulfill one of the ways listed above Yiffer would be delighted to draw for you.
Please read the following for more information.
Things to consider before ordering:
The following rules and info are set in place for a reason and aren’t made to seem scary.
Yiffer has been taken advantage of in the past and does not wish to be. He wants everyone have a chance to get something they will really enjoy and will be as clear as he can while explaining here.
Please make sure that you are able to commission Yiffer. In the past, people have commissioned when they needed other things (such as food and rent). I much rather you have money for what you need rather then getting a picture made from me. So make sure that you are all right before considering a commission.
Yiffer does not take “requests” and does not take birthday picture requests at this time so please do not ask. However, he tries to remember those who have done something for his birthday.
Rules and other info:
Yiffer has the right to decline and or cancel any commission for any reason before any payment has exchanged hands. Please do not send payment before asked and check with Yiffer before sending payment to make sure your commission has been accepted and or is able to be done.
Please have a clear idea for what you want drawn so that your idea can easily be conveyed. Such things as ref sheets and pictures work best for reference. Written descriptions are ok too but should not be lengthy.
Please look over Yiffer’s work and make sure that his style and ability lend themselves to what you are looking for. While Yiffer aims to please there may be others out there who specialize specifically in what you are looking for and thus may have a better understanding of your idea.
There are some things Yiffer may not be too keen on drawing. While most ideas may be fine it is best to check with him first.
Payment is due up front. People pay for things like food, clothes and other goods up front so it would be nice if art were the same way.
Once payment has been received he will work on your commission as soon as possible (In the case of a larger work(s) partial payment up front may be worked out beforehand).
At this time it is preferred that money be sent through paypal. When doing so please make sure that the money is being sent as a “gift” or “money owed” as paypal will take out an extra fee other wise.
If you need to send payment through mail (such as an item) it is your responsibility to make sure it gets here safely.
A good way to do this is to make sure your package or letter has a tracking number and or insurance if sent through the USPS (which includes delivery confirmation and if the package gets lost or damaged you will know and can get your money back from the USPS)).
Yiffer will work on people’s pictures promptly in the order which they and payment has been received.
An on-line list will be displayed so you can see what is being worked on, when things get done, and when more work is able to be taken on.
While commissions are aimed to get done as soon as possible some work can take ample time to finish. If you need your work done before a certain date (such as for someone’s birthday or a badge before a con for example) please check with Yiffer beforehand to see if it can be finished by a certain date.

Prices:
It is a general rule that you get what you pay for. The more you pay the more you get. Such things as extra characters, background, or extra details are going to take more time and effort and thus require more payment.
If you can make it worth Yiffer’s time to work on your commission (big or small) he will.
The list below will give you some examples of the works that can be done as well as an estimate for the price of such work. The estimate listed is for single character only and may cost more or less depending on detail (for example, a picture of a apple may not cost the same as a picture of a dragon). These prices do not include the shipping cost if you want the real media work (if any) shipped to you. All prices are listed in USD.

to give you an idea of how long it can take the normal single character colored pic can take me upwards of 5 to 6 hours from start to finish, some works with backgrounds have taken me 9+ hours

and yes, I am able to do flash works, anything from simple to very complex XD I know I do not have examples of my more complex stuff but as long as people are willing to make it worth my time I should be able to do what they want =D
