That's right, I'd like some more lines to throw some purdy colours on. Normally I just look around myself to see if I can find anything, however it's a pain in the rear end to try and find any good line-art that's also freely available to colourists. Even so, I've been a bit hesitant to make a journal about it, because I'm a little afraid of what people might post... XP
Just in case, here are a few guide-lines:
-The drawing has to be of a decent quality. Doesn't have to be perfect, but it shouldn't have any major problems, and be of a good overall quality/style.
(Edit: Since I've been asked - I use the term line-art somewhat loosely, I suppose. It does NOT necessarily have to be a cleaned up ink drawing. I'm willing and able to colour inked stuff, pencil sketches, traditional, digital - Whatever. Heck, feel free to doodle something up with your own blood. ... Eww. :D )
-Content-wise, I'm willing to do anthro or human characters, clean or erotic art. Just please, no excessive fetish stuff.
-Preferably "generic" characters, or fanart of TV/Anime/Book characters, etc. - No personal avatar characters. If you do have a really cool/ unique character, I might do it anyway, but please, no rainbow-coloured, multi-cock fox-taurs. Thanks. :<
( Edit 2: I'm NOT completely unwilling to do personal characters/ avatars. It's really just that a lot of furry characters are... weird. :D If you do have a cool/ interesting character, as I've said, feel free to give it a shot. I might just be interested. )
-Oh, and please no drawings that aren't yours. ( Unless it's a commission/ gift, and you have permission to re-post or alter it. )
I think that's about it. Not promising that I'll colour every line that's suggested - I'll probably just do 2 or 3 or so. I'm working on a new pic with the lion dude you colored before, but the other guy in the pic has pretty complicated tattoo-markings. >_<

LeonHusky has some nice lineart, that collab you did was hot. Also, TaoRen, TheRGHU, WFA, SolidAsp, like, tons of others... My Favs section, since I watch I dunno how many mofos, tends to harbor some gems that're overlooked. It's pretty extensive, but I'd say skin and see if there's a style you like and if there are any sketches/lineart in the scraps/gallery. I'm sure that'd be up for a collab if ya ask or whatev.
By the way, are you still at all interested in that collab piece we've been talking about?

#1 is of a relatively specific personal character, but #s 2&3 are pretty generic. I'd be more than delighted (and quite grateful) to see them colored.

My character is a black jackal, his eyes are silver, his earrings are gold, and his nose pad is a dark red color.
There's a suit on him that's exactly like the one in Gantz
When the suit it activated the muscles max out, and the circles on the suit turn a bright glowing blue color.
The gun he's holding has a relay. When the trigger is pulled a blast goes off but no explosion till five-three seconds have gone by.

He is my personal character, but the only weird thing about him is that he's blue (And I somehow forgot the stripes on there). Other than that, he's a pretty typical tiger.

Not sure if you'll like it enough, but if you wanted to remove the shading, you can just ask for the .psd. Sorry it's kind of small, but I didn't really sketch it at a high resolution to begin with.

Just a few pointers you might need to know: His eyes are blue. His ears are black, with the piercings being blue. Claws are black. Nipples are dark gray. His lion meat is actually black colored, but not balls, balls are white furred. And as for the pants and suspenders, should be black too.
