I think I've heard enough. This is getting out of hand - I'm only guessing people can draw Cynder being a sex toy, dark purple eye candy *rolls eyes, let alone it was a commission. of Malefor killing her, if it was passionphoenix's character it might have been worse. (if he even has one).... and also what if spyro was in that position ? I don't think it would have overflown with so much drama, let alone I drew Kratos killing Spyro in a comic (not as much flack ?) wth, we don't care for Spyro we want dat Cynder ass (thats all that matters)? .....
I know what your thinking of how could I take such a thing? my first comments stands as is though. and I'm not made of money, his first intention was an inflation thing, but I don't do that, gore was on the to do list, because I do draw violent art, ( I could have denied it, yes. ) I'm not all sexified cuteness. srsly people need to stop acting like a child and be mature and take the "Do not like it, don't look thing" to your head. but that is impossible for some people, unlike myself. I move on and don't cause as much drama as is, I use to but I don't much anymore.

Despite the action that has taken place in the picture(s), the fandom will not die for me (unless I move onto something else, but it will still be there), I don't care what happens, a lot of your favorite characters die in movies and games, and yet you still care for them, and thats how it should be.

That's the only part that was disturbing to me, I could care less about exactly which characters were depicted or why. Honestly, it makes your character look like a complete monster. If that was your intention, then fine.
Also to add spyro in there is my intention to make it sum form of tragedy. I'm just really SICK of seeing all of the happy ever after endings.

Looking back, though, they actually weren't as bad as I once thought. The art is very nicely done, and there is clearly a level of humor in there (the "must die!" thing reminds me of CD-i Ganon), albeit rather sick humor. Not exactly my kind of thing, but I won't bash actual people for it.
I just wonder how many other people were turned off by the pictures for that particular reason, and not just because it hurt their precious fictional famous characters? :<

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned in it before it was removed, but you *did* draw a sketch of a 'what if' moment with Zonoya dead, if I recall correctly. And I don't believe that got such a horrendous response, either.
The people that complain about it so much should commission you for STUFF THEY LIKE, rather than bitch about ONE piece of art that they try to shun you into removing it.

You draw what they want when they pay you, so if they don't like something you draw they should pay you to draw something else simple.

I could care less which characters the pictures depict, but they portrayed the antagonist (and by extension the commissioner) as a complete monster who delighted in watching some very convincing suffering. That's why it was personally disturbing to me, but at the same time, I would never tell anyone to censor themselves.
Maybe I'm the only one interpreting the images in this way. Maybe they were meant to be funny, but the drawings were TOO GOOD at showing suffering, especially on the helpless anthro teenage Spyro's part. DasBoSchitt's movies are extremely cartoony and don't even attempt to show suffering that's not incredibly goofy.
Yes, life isn't always pretty, but I still can't quite fathom what part of a person's mind thinks up such a concept and decides it would be awesome or, god forbid, sexy. Again, though, this is just my personal opinion, and I don't want to censor anyone. I apologize if I've been butting in too much.
Also, Malefor was literally spiked in one of your comics...people didn't seem to care as much about that. Maybe because he's a bad guy, but still it was graphic!

People don't like a character here in this fandom because they are cool or something, it's because they are a sex toy. You brought in alot of Spyro fans with all the comics and pics you have done and the fanclubs that spawned from them. That doesn't mean that I dislike you or your work, or that I have a specific problem with the characters you used. The problem was that you drew the image TOO WELL, including some very convincing grief, which definitely seems too sadistic, not the kind of cartoony stupid death and defecation fan art that are usually known from parodies.
But, yeah, to each their own. I made my point, but I'm not actually angry. I was just slightly unnerved by that. I guess I'll never be truly desensitized to the concept of innocents being killed. =/

This site allows for posting of artwork such as this, and you as the artist have every right to post whatever you like and draw whatever you like, whether it's a commission or not. It's a pity that some have to get all uppity, why they have to look at/comment on something if they don't like it is beyond belief.
It reminds me of a certain drawing i made of Cynder getting bitch-slapped, and all the nastiness that ensued from that, lol.
Its not hard, they could have just erased it from the submissions list, or did what I did: click, "Oh look, a picture I don't like all too much because it is not of my taste, nice detail, though." close. No posted up comments starting fights, no problems, no one being at each others throats.
