Okay, I really didn’t want to have to do this, but it looks like I don’t have much choice! Turns out we’re in quite a lot of financial trouble here, so I’m going to doing a commission sketchathon to try and help get things sorted out.


First thing I want to say is this; if you can’t afford to help out yourself, you can still help by posting a journal about it yourself, or telling other people who might be interested! I’ve only got around 300 viewers, so if you could spread the word it would be much appreciated!


Anyway, the sketches themselves will be $10 each for single character pictures, or $15 for two chars. The sketches themselves will be drawn at least 2048*2048 and then downscaled to 50% of the size. My normal commission rules apply, so there will be no scenes above a PG nature. my normal rules can be viewed in full on http://stampydragon.com/Commissions.php (obviously with these being sketches the prices on that site aren’t right, and are as shown above).


Commission slots are currently not limited at all, as I really need to try and make as much as I can, but if things do get crazy, I will put a cap there. Also you’re welcome to buy a few if you want a sequence or any kind. Also they will be drawn in the order which they were paid for, as it seems the most fair.


One other change to standard commissions is that I want to be able to get through these as quickly as possible. So I need both the money, and the idea upfront. So if you decide you can help out and would like one or more sketches doing, send a payment of the correct price to my paypal account at stampy[at]stampydragon.com and a description on the form here http://stampydragon.com/Contact.php or an email direct to the same as listed earlier. I’d prefer that to a note just so they’re all the same place. If there is anything you’d like me to clear up, feel free to ask me either by a personal message, or by replying here.
