Terms of Service

1.Prices can change month to month. Price is determined by how much time I must spend working on a piece.

2.Art References – As much visual information as you can give me, the better. Please have some idea as to the detail and layout of your desired piece. The less time I have to spend figuring out what you will like, the quicker it gets done.

3.Text References – I do occasionally do art when someone does not have any art references. I greatly appreciate you sending me links to animals, or designs that you have found elsewhere that you may be interested in having something similar. I will not copy someone else's character, but if an image referenced has a good example of hair style, coloring, expression, or clothing style, that's more than acceptable. I would much rather give you something original.

4.Payment – Payment must be made ahead of me beginning your art piece with no exception. Though your name may appear on the list, I work in the order of which it was paid. If you desire to pay half in the beginning than the rest later, than you have that option. Whoever I won't finish it until the full amount is paid.

5.Notifying The Commissioner - I try to finish and get these to you as quickly as possible. If unforeseen set backs to occur I will notify you with an estimated completion date.

6.Right to post or Receive - I will post your competed piece on my page as a work example, unless other wise reguested not to by commissioner. All original sketches for traditional pieces will be shipped to commissioner. All other non traditional projects will remain in my portfolio unless our wise requested.
