I personally purchased a copy of the book to get a good idea for which story I'd like to portray on the cover, and I've gotta say, it was a good read. It's basically a collection of short stories, which is great for someone like me who, say. . . travels a lot. You can read 'em individually, and not worry about losing your place. I'd highly recommend it!

Also, mechanical dragons = win. Just putting that out there. It helps that I also ready Havemercy about a month before doing this image ;)
