Never thought I'd get to this, honestly, but I hope someone likes it.
Ingredients:
Masterfoods Harissa
Soy sauce
Peppercorns (whole)
Ground black pepper
1 egg
Piri piri
Sechuan peppercorns
Salt
Sesame oil
Pun Chun chilli bean sauce
Bertolli Provvista Sugo
Honteri Mirin seasoning
How To
1. Steam some rice, but instead of using just water add some Mirin to the rice (sticks it together a little more, i think it's to do with starch or some such)
2. Heat up some sesame oil in a frying pan and add rice, chuck everything else on top and burn the bottom cause i like it like dat
3. Crack an egg on top as a spur of the moment genius stroke type thing and mix it up
3. Don't take pictures >.< I would have, but my cam ain't working. Stupid outdated technology and Windows 7, haha.
It's pretty spicy, cause I made it as dry as I knew how in my limited knowledge of cooking (mum comes home and presto! food!) and I added a helluva lot of peppercorns, but YOM
