Need to get renewal tags for my car- please help!

We're flat broke. I'm not even kidding.
My birthday is June 8th, and we need renewal tags for my car. They're going to cost us $180.
This is something we just don't have right now, nor do we have available credit to use for this.
I can take some commissions in hopes that I can raise enough just to pay this. I am still trying to save up for moving, but that goal is further off in comparison to renewal tags due in two weeks.
Please consider helping out or pimping this to your friends; I would greatly appreciate it. I have never been in a financial situation such as this, and I'm just not sure what to do anymore.
