I ask you to please read all of this before contacting me about commission or buying products from me. These are the terms I have set in place in order to make commissioning and purchase smooth and enjoyable for both parties.
Content
- I will not draw sexually explicit art for minors.
- I will not draw cub porn/sexual depiction of underage characters, scat, watersports, and I will not draw incest or rape within adult artworks.
- I can draw humans, realistic animals, cartoon/comic and anime characters.
- I will draw adult work of many other fetishes I do feel comfortable with. (questions about this can be sent via note.)
- Pin ups are always welcome and one of my favorite things to draw.
- I will draw cub as in a family scene or other non-adult situations but this will be at my discretion so if you do have an idea that involves cub send a note.
Payment
- Currently accepting payment via Paypal, USD currency.
- Please do NOT send payments as 'gifts'.
- Please put your username in the comments section of the Paypal transfer.
- Payment is required upfront for anything under 50$ anything over that is at least 50% up front.
Acceptable Refs and Commission Requests
- Please have a decently thought out idea of your commission ahead of time.
- If i cannot follow your information or idea i do reserve the right to request a more defined/concise idea which will fall upon the commissioner to revise. I do not have the time to hunt through a mix matched idea or tons of notes to get even just a sketch done.
- Picture refs are preferred but text is ok as long as it is well thought out and concise.
Commission Process
- After a commission is agreed upon and payment is received The rough sketch will be done (this is the point to request any minor changes you will have one chance to do so not including coloring revisions) After this stage is approved the line work will be done then following that is color.
- Badges, icons, other minor art -do not- have a sketch approval stage
- Permission to repost is -only- given to people involved in the commission and only is proper credit is given to me. (aka link to the original, my name, and link to my page)
- Clients may not distribute/sell/copy/post artwork unpaid for. Do not take a finished, unfinished, or canceled artwork commissioned from me and have it colored or adjusted by another artist without my permission. Do not assume it is ok to do such against my wishes/without my knowledge. I hold copyright on all my artwork unless a previous contract is made before work on a commission begins.
- Paid for or not no art is to be redistributed without my permission or sold for profit unless prior agreement has been made
- I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation. There are also chances that circumstances may interrupt the commissioning process, clients may be assured the artist will resume work when able to unless client wishes to cancel.
- I have the right to be paid for any work completed on a commission, regardless of cancellation.
- Every commissioner is encouraged to contact me if no update has been sent within a week. There are times life gets in the way it happens to all of us.
