Ha!~ Not a chance. Meth is flat-out dangerous and one of the most highly addictive drugs in existence. Not to mention it destroys your body. I can't imagine anyone answering yes to this.

[03] Abortion: for it or against it?

For it, completely. But include the father in the decision, if he is a part of your life still.

[04] Do you think a country would fail with a female president?

No. I think that the president relies on more than just his or herself to make decisions. It's also a network of advisors and things too. So no, not really.


[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?

Yes, but only in extreme situations. Sociopaths and those that have committed especially heinous crimes and are completely unreepentant. But if someone wants to repent of their crimes, they should be given the rest of their lives to think about it - that's a more powerful punishment than death, I say.

[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?

Don't care, don't smoke it. So sure, why not.

[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?

Definitely for. Wish I got more of it. o.o

I do! And I trust Him to help me through life. It's a good feeling to know someone is watching out for you. <3

My view is this.

I think we should abolish the term "marriage" as an official civil union. Change all marriages, in the eyes of the LAW, to civil unions and allow both males and females and any combination of the two to marry. Those who are religious can call it marriage - marriage is a term that was coined by religion and I don't think you should take that away from them if they want it so badly. But I ABSOLUTELY believe in equal rights for both straight and gay couples and I know that making everything into civil unions would fix that.


[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?

No, not really. Most of them who come here do very unskilled or transient labor that most of us would never consider doing (Picking fruit, maid service, etc). I think we should make it easier for temporary work to be done in the US since many of them send the money home to help their families. just have a renewing permit for unskilled labor of X amount or below per hour.

[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?

No. 12 year olds are not capable of the mental and emotional reasoning to take care of a child. Pure and simple.

Mhm. I do. People are gonna drink anyway. May as well make it legal....

[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?

Not yet. Leaving now would cause a huge power imbalance there and extremist factions could easily take over. We need to finish training their own police squads there and stabilize things - we screwed up their lives, now we need to fix them. Pure and simple. (Unlike some, I actually have friends who are over there and they truly feel what they're doing there is a good thing. I'm inclined to believe them!)

[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?

No, but I think it should be a decision that is long-thought out and generally only available to the terminally ill or those whose quality of life has deteriorated to the point of being absolutely unable to enjoy it (those in a coma or such). Not for emotional reasons only.

Absolutely! Parents are not friends, they're authority figures. Children don't have the complete mental capacity to understand the repercussions of their actions. They're simply incapable of it. That's why we say "Don't run with knives or you'll slice your head off" rather than "You'll hurt yourself". It takes fairly extreme things to convince a child of something. A little pain, a SMALL amount, applied at the correct time in the correct way and not done in malice is a wonderful way to teach children that they've done wrong. As a psychology major I definitely approve of it. But at the same time, I think that children should be highly praised for the GOOD things they do - and I mean highly. Because positive reinforcement (giving something good for doing a desired behavior) is the most powerful way to make a child do what you want them to.

[16] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?

Sure would. I love my country but a flag, mass-produced and unused in combat, is just a flag. The act itself has no malice behind it. Besides, flags that have been made unable to fly, they specifically specify that they are to be disposed of by burning them.

[17] Who do you think would have made a better president? McCain or Obama?

McCain - WITHOUT Palin. Palin screwed him over so hard. She was not ready for vice presidency at *all*.
