GUESS WHAT! I'M GONNA START A LITTLE CONTEST HERE!
I'm still going to be doing a few weapons this week, and the next one I'm going to see if I can't start on something that takes more effort, like some vore, or some miscellaneous silliness (Hey, when you've seen some of the stuff on Fe'ath's chat you can't help but feel a little inspired). In the mean time, most of the weapon designs I still have are too crappy to work on, and I'm not sure how many more I'll be able to make before running out of ideas.
That's where you come in.
I want you to post ideas for weapons. That's right. I'm going to take weapon requests. From you. That's how much I hate myself. I won't take every idea, mind you, I'm setting down some rules right now:
1- There will be absolutely no mention of 'shurikens and lightning'. Seriously, Painkiller was awesome and all, but no. You ask me for that and I will turn this car around, mister. >:(
2- No 'something that looks like X, only blue'. Take an image from google images and recolour it yourself.
3- Be specific. No really, I tend to be a bit dense at times, so unless you want a long-ass exchange of notes asking for a few questions, give me a good idea of what you want.
4- If a name for the weapon is not supplied, I will make one up myself. This is a warning.
5- Keep in mind that the end results should be viewable by all. So noting Mature or Adult, k?
6- Ideas should not be based on existing weapons.
...and more should the need arises.
The best 5 to 7 ideas (Either by 'that sounds AWESOME' or the most posts under it saying 'this.' or some variation thereof) will be drawn by yours truly. The contest ends... I dunno, how about the 26th of August?

HOW'S THAT FOR SELF-LOATHING?!
For my real ideas I'm seeing a zombie hunter weapon and a weapon that can fit into Dead Space. I'll split the two ideas into threads for easy "this"ing.
Shorten the barrel to about... 15 inches from the normal 30. Remove the tubular magazine and replace it with a pump shotgun. The shotgun action will be under and forward the lever action. Ammo for the rifle will be handled with a helical magazine [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magazine_(firearms)#Helical ] on the left side of the rifle that can be fed into like a standard Winchester rifle or detaches like a standard magazine [great for topping off magazines]. Ammo for the shotgun will be in a standard shotgun format tubular magazine. On the bottom of the stock will be a steel ball with a short spike on it pointing downward [great for smashing zombie heads].
It uses 7.62x39mm ammo for the rifle half and 12 gauge buck shotgun shells.
Colouring and shape ill leave in your hands but i was thinking basing it loosely on an M95 sniper rifle
