Writing hiatus... (PLEASE READ for info!)

Okay, here's what's going on:
As I wrote, Otakon was a blast, but after, things kinda fell apart. My mom lost her job at her school a while back because of some insanely bad and stupid situations (through no fault of her own, they fired a TON of teachers). She doesn't know whether she is going to get a new one by the time the new semester starts, and she's taking her frustration out on me. I'm NOT happy about that, although all I have is the utmost sympathy.
On top of that, I'm having job issues myself. My stupid Bagel Boss has been treating me like dirt since day one. I admit, I've been screwing up a bit, but I'm doing my absolute best. When I'm rushed and pushed, I don't work faster, I just end up panicking and I fall apart. Anyway, she even praised me for working hard at the end of the first day we worked together the week before Otakon. But then, LAST week, I find she gave me nothing but ANOTHER 3-hour work week!!! Friday 3:30-6:30!!! And after that, THIS week, I'm not working at ALL!!!
THAT was the last straw. I am planning to quit this job as soon as I have something else lined up. I like my boss as a person, but I hate her as a boss. I'm gonna take my near non-existent talents where they'll be appreciated... and more importantly, USED!!!
So, this week, I'm back to the job search. I have nothing else I can do, except begin running around, using this job as a reference. I'm sick of getting $18 dollar paychecks, and I'm sick of sitting around this ****ing house.
On top of that... I start college again on August 22. I'm gonna be exhausted. The GOOD news is that I get MOST of my writing done during the school semester, when I'm bored out of my skull sitting in a classroom. But for a while, I'm gonna be barely alive.
My creativity is somewhat shot. I have ideas, but no motivation to write. So right now, I'm on hiatus. I'll be around to check messages, and I'll TRY to post stuff on a regular basis, like meme journals and my Movie Review and Preview journals... but I don't think I'll be posting any stories for a while.
However, I would like to announce what might be on the horizon. I do have some plans for what I WILL write when I have time, effort, and energy to expend.
I have plans to work HARD to resurrect Hexes and Heroes, my swords and sorcery fantasy series. I don't think I'll be doing it as a Round Robin again, but I want to gauge interest. If you're interested in writing a chapter and joining in the story, just drop me a comment? If I don't hear from enough people, I'll just work on it by myself.
As for Hypnos Academy and Castle Hypnos, sadly it's on indefinite hiatus. Dunno when or how I'll be continuing it, but I don't want to abandon this series, because I love the characters too much... and I know everyone else loves them too. I'll work hard to keep it going, but I don't know when.
My Sonic series is on hiatus too. I kinda burnt myself out on Sonic, as hard as that is to believe. I'm just having a hard time coming up with motivation, especially since I feel I have other stuff I want to work on.
Digimon Defenders is coming along, and I want to work on this more and try to get the first chapter up sometime in the near future. The first chapter is half-done, and I have most of the plot planned out for the rest of the series.
...And I do want to write some other stuff... Maybe more Gold Digger... Maybe even working on some new stuff, like a superhero story or something. I dunno.
Anyway, there it is. I'm done talking. Now to take some aspirin for this headache. ~_~;

I'm glad you wanna join in with H&H! Considering how awesome your chapter of Hypnos Academy was, I think it'd be great to have you involved!!! And thanks a bunch for the sympathy. I'm doing fine, not depressed or anything, just peeved. ^_^;

Here's hoping we can both find good jobs soon. I've had jobs where I was unappreciated and underpaid...I worked at freaking Wal-Mart o_O Hope things get lots better soon!
