...that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone?

So I suppose I should write a few words about what's going on with balkor and me. Seeing as we're the subject of the most popular picture on my page, it seemed appropriate to discuss things a little.

As it currently stands, Balkor and myself are not presently together. However, that's not as bad as it sounds, as we're not completely apart either. Following something of an argument we more or less broke up, but he says he regrets doing so. We also both acknowledge that we still love one another and have made each other happy.

At this point, though, it remains up to him whether he wants to get back together -- which I very much hope he does. I don't want to publicise every last detail of what we've talked about, but I feel we understand each other better; moreover, I've never had anyone treat me better or got more out of a relatively brief period of time together.

I hope with all my heart that I can get back together with m'wolf, but regardless of what happens, he will always hold a special place in my heart.

Maybe the hardest part of this is the not knowing. He needs time to think and decide, of course, but... if I could know for sure -- even if that was knowing I was alone -- or even just hold him in my arms, that would make everything so much better.
