I'm on the 'phones for maybe 40 minutes, and I get a call trans from the collections department. Farmer...oh, let's call him Farmer Funky Bob. Farmer Funky Bob is calling to contest $600 in porn PPV charges on his accout. He grounds for this jaw dropping little demand as that he was under the impression all features on digital cable service were inclused in the receiver rental charge.
