Fursuit Terms and conditions

Rarakie's Fursuit/Mascot Terms and Conditions :D
If the fursuit you receive is not working how it should be, provided the client's information was accurate and it was my fault something is mal-working, I will be available for fixing the problem (does not apply if the design is wrong), for up to 60 days from the date in which client received the costume via mail, provided client accepts to pay shipping both ways.
I send fursuits with both insurance and tracking :)
- I will not make a costume or fursuit of a character with copyrights, trademarks or own/usage/publication/distribution rights from a third-party attached to it. When placing your order, you acknowledge that you own copyrights, trademarks or any other distribution/usage rights of your character, and assume responsibility for it.
- You acknowledge and allow for a maximal completion time 12 months; Most times commissions are finished earlier, but you agree to this, in order to allow for unexpected circumstances which might delay your commission order.
- Please do not ask for price reductions by using lower quality materials.
- I do not use any real animal parts in my works. No real leather, fur, teeth, noses, antlers, etc. All work is made of synthetic materials and items, in where fur is artificial, and noses, teeth, horns, antlers or body parts are cast from clay, plastic or other materials. No real animal-parts will be accepted under any circumstance from client to be used as materials.
- The workshop where I work is located at my house; There might be indirect contact with dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs; Please don't commission work if you are allergic to housepets, for I don't hold any responsibility for damages, injuries or allergic reactions to my work. Use is under client's responsibility.
At the moment, the only accepted method of payment is via paypal. I will only start working in the commission when 30% of the payment is done in advance. This is definitive. Please don't send any money BEFORE your order is accepted, for I'll have to refuse it, and charge you for any expenses derived from it.
If client does cancel commission for any reason, a total re-fund will not be given, as I will have all ready bought the materials and started on your costume. I then have the right to sell it on.
