i was only expecting maybe a feminized pic of Fizzie, you know with tits and some curves but i got a completely new character ^_^
posted the request when it was opened, got the pic later in the day, very good quality especially for a freebie ^_^

Turn around on everything u comission from her is just insanely fast from the moment you pay to the time you get your artwork. I swear sometimes it like she chains herself to her pc so that things come out so quick.

Communication: 4/5, prompt, detailed responses were made. Very nice!
Time taken: 5/5, pretty much as soon as you started it was finished.
Quality: 5/5, commission was of the quality advertised. Edits were fast and accurate.
Detail: 3/5, minor grievances here and there, but the majority was of great quality.
Overall Opinion: Would definitely commission again. Chandraken's linework is clean and fast but her
strengths are colouring and shading; if you're going to commission her, go all out and get something fancy.
She's polite, quick to respond, and has near infinite patience so it seems. My experience was only with one
lined image, so I am not sure if she provides base-level colour WIPs or not; Chandraken honey, respond
and let us know if you do. :3

time taken; Not really an issue with me, I can sit and watch pain dry. That being said the communication pretty much made me lose track of the time it took. It never felt like it took too long.

When the flat colors were done I was like,"This is nice but it looks so plain. -.- I hope the finishing touches whatever those are will be better." When I saw the finished product I go. "O.O" "Wow...........that's...... damn good."
Her communication is excellent, her turnaround time is exceptional, her attention to detail is wonderful, and the pieces you receive at the end of the commission are fantastic!
I'll be commissioning her again in the near future, too!

She was very patient with me. I only had bits and pieces of pic references for Leona, the lioness, and NO refs for the vampire rabbit. Yet she nailed them both, beautifully. I gave her a rather vague idea to run with, and told her a bit about their relationship. She came up with the concept, and I fell in love with it from the get-go. Her communication is superb, and the time it took... I couldn't believe how quickly each step came along, especially for the quality provided! My one and only issue is that she had to use a photo for the stones in the background. Normally mixing rl pictures with drawings makes me twitch, since I feel it takes away from the quality of the drawing and coloring. Yet she managed to pull it off far better than most others I've seen!
Overall, I'd give her a 9.7 out of 10- far higher than I'd give most. Totally going to commission her again!

Needless to say, I think she's a person I will be commissioning quite regularly in the future! All of this, plus her flexibly cute/pretty/sexy art style and reasonable prices make her an excellent choice for commissioning. I will definitely be looking forward to doing business with her, and feel that anybody looking for some good commissions should snap up the chance to do the same!
I followed Chan for long and i always wanted to get something drawn by her, cause i knew i was going to get some high quality art! Its hard to find words that can explain the fun and joy it was to have a commission done by her.
Now going back to my personal experience. At first, the very first moment i got my "slot" (aka it was an auction) i was warmly received by her first note which thanked me, simply as that. She was grateful and happy to know of my interest over her art and how eager i was of getting a drawing from her. From that step on we began to talk about what could be done, based on the options given. It took just a single note to get things for the theme, no struggles, no discomfort from either party.
During the process, it was always fun to see the progress on the commission. She would show the current stage of it, be it the sketch - first lines lats - and so on, plus at the same time always showing concern and being open to any possible modification, which thankfully was never the case since i always loved what she showed me. I find it so nice to see someone worry about the other party's likes, she would check and double check and triple check, if necessary, that i would be absolutely satisfied before moving on. Communication made the time fly fast and also tease me, in a very good and satisfying way.
The time taken for the drawing was reasonable, i never expect things done from one day to the other and i will never ever rush an artist. The amount of time and dedication she dropped into my commission was above outstanding. Its this type of dedication that makes everything worth the time, you know that by the end of the day, when the drawing is finally done, you will get the best out of the artist when it comes to her. The fact she livestream the commission also helped pass the time, as i would just watch the progress happy while nomming stuff. Every artist has their own time-frame, there is no default set time for a commission, and if there is one made by someone... well... there shouldn't be.
The quality of the commission from the very beginning i knew it was going to be the best. From the poses in the first sketch to the final shading, i was always pleased and happy. Now further more into it, the shading quality is amazing, the amount of life the colors brings to the character is something not many can get right. She showed me a whole new level of customer satisfaction when i saw the end product. And is not just the "oh it looks so pretty" feeling, you also get this other amazing feeling of "she tried her best and succeeded once again" after all the passion shown for the drawing, like a double satisfaction, when you see your hero succeed. The details of every character was followed perfectly from the small amount of refs i could find for some, every corner, every edge, was taken care.
There is this feeling of happiness the moment you receive your commission, a stage that makes you bounce and be grateful for the artist's work. For me this time it was slightly different. I just not only felt bouncy and happy over getting my commission done, the whole communication through notes, the effort put on the drawing, and the fact i manage to be there during one of her livestreams made me realize i had a commission drawn by one of the sweetest persons i've ever had the chance to meet. I think the fact i manage to interact live with her added a big plus to all this. She is such an amazing person, so precious and lovable, and at the same time she is very careful and makes sure everything she is doing is right. By the end of the day it made me feel like i got a gift from her than a commission. I can't see it as something i paid for cause of the amount of time and effort spent by her, no money can buy that dedication. It was a gift from her, the most amazing high quality commission-gift i ever had the chance to receive
I want to thank her for this pleasant experience and hope to be able to get more in the future. And sorry for the wall of text, i'll make a tldr version~
tl'dr!
-Communication was great, always making sure what i ask for was being taken care of. Previews of every stage were shown.
-Time taken, like any other artist, it takes time for a masterpiece to be done, so the time is always relative and the time it took her was reasonable, in fact i wasn't expecting it this early.
-The quality and attention to details is outstanding and that is cause she made sure to give her best for the commission. The shading is amazing, the colors used makes the characters feel alive.
-Satisfaction... like stated above, i am pleased, uber happy to know i got such a great quality drawing from such a wonderful person like her. The fact she is so nice and dedicated makes the commission feel even better.

Despite a lack of activity from myself on this site, I try to get online adleast once a couple of days. In that time I've always come to enjoy Chan's artwork, regardless of its theme. The art style itself I believe has always had an anime and manga inspired element, which is always gorgeous to see as its so easily implemented to many things.
I was thrilled to hear I got the chance to have a slot at her artwork, it would of been interesting to have seen my character in her artstyle. The transaction was quick and simple, with a lovely, positive attitude towards the commissioner. Even suggesting different challenges such as armour were easily accepted.
During the working status I was given a number or WIPs which helped a lot! Was good to see the progress, and the ongoing positive attitude at each stage.
The final product? I can say I'm very pleased. Chan delivered everything I could ask for and more. The style has a sense of realism in the armour as well as a detailed full body picture with background.
I highly recommend this artist for commission. Chan is a lovely person from the chance I've had to speak to her, we just need you at a convention now to do some dealers den work. :D

I have to say when I first started to follow Chan I admired her felines, I loved the way she drew their faces, giving them the super cute style that I have come to love with all of my characters. Her style is unique and its something that has definitely been made hers. I pondered getting art from her for a while but was never able to get in, not because she didn't make time but because her art sells so well and there are several reasons why
When she posted about having some possible slots open I had a few questions, I typed em out and not only did she answer me rather quickly.. which is a nice change of pace from many experiences ive had.. but she was extremely pleasant, and detailed in her reply. I knew exactly what I needed to know without the hassle of a hundred different comments between us.
Chan gave me an estimate on the time it would take for the picture to be completed and she was pretty much on par with delivery.. until I of course messed that up by upgrading :P
I managed to catch pretty much every bit of the work she put into this commission from stage one. She streamed it all from the get go. She not only socialized with me in her streams but with all the other people there as well BUT maintained a businesslike attitude. I have been in MANY streams where the artists would get to distracted and stop working entirely on the image just to socialize with the people in the stream.. not really the best thing to do.. but with Chan, she chatted on voice, eliminating that problem and continued to work perfectly which made me happy and kept her stream lively.
Every small minute detail was paid attention to and she constantly informed me I can change at any point and time if something wasn't working for me. I didn't feel that saying stuff would make her mad..She genuinely wanted me to get what I wanted for my picture. She worked with me on it, fiddling with colors, trying things until I was satisfied..
This picture was a success in more ways then one. I judge an artists off of my first experience with them.. and I can say for certain I will be a repeat customer with Chan
She is dedicated, hardworking, amiable and just downright fun.
If you are looking for a phenomenal experience in the fandom.. or just in getting art I HIGHLY recommend Chan. You wont be dissapointed.

I did not have an anthro picture for her to go off of only my feral ref sheet and an anime wallpaper. The magic she does with her shading and glow techniques that surely bring any art to life. She offers many varieties of how the art is to be colored giving you options.
If your looking for a kind, understanding, cheerful listener who is attentive and skilled in artistic wonders that will take your breath away each time you glance, Chandraken is your girl. She offers a stream to watch your art in progress and is very fast and careful worker putting delicate care into small detail.
time taken: It was worked over two days. Times spent only a few hours. I'm more a social chatter box. XD I consider her to be a near and dear friend of mine even though we just met not that long ago. I am very thankful for the chance to commission with her.
No seriously Colly here is one of my most favorite artists - for good reason. Once work on the commissioned piece began I got frequent updates - although I had asked to be shown a flat-color stage which had not happened. The result, however, was astonishing.
Communications were ok, I managed to get a hold of her often enough *grins*
To sum things up: I am very pleased with the outcome of my commission - even though I pity those who are still on the waiting list. That time of waiting seemed to take ages.
I completely admit it was only at the stage of compressing down my shading that I remembered he had requested seeing the flat colour! I was prepared however to redo it had there been an issue with it, as it was entirely my mistake and not one I frequently make.
With regards to waiting list times they vary depending on how busy my real life schedule is, hence I do not accept payment to be on the list or any payment before I am ready to start your image. It is better in my opinion to not start until I have time to ensure completion won't be delayed, and people aren't waiting for months out of pocket.
She's also really great person in general, very willing to keep you up to date and stuff and will answer as many questions as she can, and she's open enough to inform you and warn you if things will take longer to do than her initial guess.
I would highly recommend commissioning her as you will certainly get a high quality piece, and people should give her lots of hugs too.
She captured exactly what I wanted with just a small bit of a description, and I also got a special bonus in a story added to the adorable piece of work. I never asked her to change a thing, but she had shared the drawing in a sketch state, to see if I wished for any changes. This work was also completed in a very timely fashion. If you are seeking out an artist who has mastered the art of "cuteness", Chandraken would be right at the top of the list.
She makes sure to give you options on how you want to be updated about you'r order, works fast and gives great results.

First of all, I can't believe it took me 4 years to get another commission from her!
Communication: First of all, let me say Chan is super nice and sweet. So she is so easy to talk to and is generally a wonderful person!
Time taken: I got the YCH auction, so from bidding's start to end was fair and a good length of time (and I don't mean long) Then from YCH picture to finished, It was amazingly short! She is one of the hardest working and fastest artist that I have commissioned.
Quality: Despite being fast, she works very hard to make sure everything is perfect! And all of her hard work shows. From my first commission, to this one, There have been some great improvements to work that was already wonderful! The coloring of this picture is really vibrant and stands outs, and of course it looks completely adorable!
Attention to detail: Amazing Detail, Normally small items like earrings are forgotten, which isn't a problem for me. But she is amazing, the stripes are great, the earrings even have details, everything is wonderful!
Overall: I love and enjoy this picture so much, and love to show it off to people who've not seen it yet. Chan is wonderful and talented and great to work with!
Bonus: I was able to watch her stream some it and it was amazing!
Chan is memorable for her happy personality and good taste in music which is fun while watching a stream, professional standards of work, perfect finished piece and my favourite thing is when I gave her the option of adding random species of cubs in Mipsy's pouch there a sneaky chick in there (her own fursona's companion) which is like a little Easter egg in my ref :)

Communication was amazing, frequent and at all the main stages to the piece, with quick responses to any feedback.
Time taken was amazingly quick taking into account the size of the piece, it was well worth the wait and completely reasonable for the awesome quality of work produced.
Quality and attention to detail is amazing! Took on board feedback comments very quickly and corrected some minor details perfectly when pointed out. Some stunning effects with the shading, lighting and bath steam effects and some amazing work on the huge variety of characters, they all work fantastically together!
Overall satisfaction couldn't be better, it's an amazing piece of art from a fantastic artist who is well worth watching and commissioning :D
Let me just start by saying that this artist came around at just the right time for me. I was in a bit of a pit art wise, being frustrated over another commission and wanted to get something of good quality, fast, and wanted a good experience to drag me out of the pit.
Well, she did not disappoint one bit. She opened up for a queue skip (dont know what to call it!) commish and i quickly jumped in on it. I was a little bit taken aback by the prices, but we can blame the conversion to AUD for that. Overall this was a lot more expensive than my usual commish but it was well worth it, considering.
Chan was fairly quick with communication and an outright pleasure to talk to. She eventually offered to stream the commish which was quite enjoyable, ive only really been in a stream one other time, but chan's stream was very comfortable in comparison, and it was great to talk with her and her little community there, as well as talk to her about little changes to the piece here and there.
As for the piece itself, i am quite happy with it, all the little details in the character were done just right, she followed the reference almost to the letter. She took a rather difficult (?) pose and made it work very well, many artists have so much troubles making large wings work, and she made it work well. The quality was amazing considering how quickly she finished the piece, and all the little details, steam, rose petals, candles and background objects really makes the piece shine.
Overall i am really happy i stumbled onto and took this slot, it was just what i needed after dealing with some other artists with a... questionable service.
Summery:
Communication and Timelyness are this artists strong points.
Her pricing might be a little high but don't let that ward you off, the level of service she provides is well worth it and makes it quite the pleasant experience.
She finished my commission quite quickly and her art is great. She had great art skills especially when it comes to shading.
I highly recommend this artist!

Working with Chandraken has been fantastic for the duration of the contract; as always, she has been very easy to work with, patient, and has delivered very high-quality products for each stage of the contract. She is, for a lack of better words, nothing short of "Fantastic", and I absolutely 100% recommend her as a prime choice for your commissioning needs.
Given the style, she said it would likely be a month from payment until it was finished, but it was less than a month from when I first contacted her, in fact. It worked out to be ~2 weeks of work, with a lot of great back and forth wip sketches to make sure everything was great. From there, there were wips and messages sorting out ideas and such at the lining stage, shading stage, and then the picture was done!
My characters look great, the background and setting look great, and Chandraken was definitely the right artist for this idea. <3

Chandraken has completely nailed customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the desired art piece at the end.
I have commissioned several artists over this past decade and this is easily one of the best experiences I have had. I was kept up to date with every small detail and sent WIP versions several times over. Each time I was asked to make sure everything was correct and if anything needed changing with no problem at all.
The attention to detail Chan has is outstanding and I chose a pretty difficult scene that was produced to the best quality which not only met what I was looking for but completely shot it into a much higher standard all together.
Would I use again! Totally. Any time I see that open journal I'm jumping straight in to grab a spot.

Since my other FA is down I'm going to do a review on this one.
Chandraken was amazing to work with. She paid attention to all the small details of the accessories and to everything else on the reference sheet. Chandraken asked plenty of questions to make sure she was getting everything right and the commission has everything that I asked for.
Her quality of work is amazing and her timing is great. She got it done quickly after confirming that she had received the payment. Her prices are reasonable as well.
She was amazing to work with; kind, patient, and very friendly. It was a wonderful experience commissioning Candraken.

it is so nice to actually feel a little attached to the artist and feel like they are actually working with passion,
not just taking it for granted.
The artwork quality is wonderful, way above average and i feel like it is worth the price.
I will be looking forward to commissioning Chan again,

Her attention to detail on the piece was nothing less than spectacular, both in communication and the artwork. Really hope I can commission her again soon.
I've wanted to commission Chan for a long time so I was very happy when I finally got to do so! Communication with her was always excellent; if anything was unclear she didn't hesitate to ask which I really appreciate! I got several WIPs during the process and I never had to wait long for anything!
PS: For some reason my previous comment says it was hidden by its author, but I have no memory of hiding it and I absolutely did not have the intention to hide it either!
Communication: If you want friendly, reliable, clear, and precise communication, she is one of the best. She really cares about what does does, and you can tell she does without a doubt. Her updates are consistent, she asks questions if she needs to, she double checks, she is honest, and she really knows what she is doing. If she thinks something would work better for the sake of the piece, she will speak up; and when she does, TRUST her!! Once again, she knows what she is doing, so if she brings up a judgement call, take it. Even if you are uneasy about the judgement call, she is happy to discuss other alternatives that could very well work to make sure that you, the customer, is happy, but also make sure that the piece is the best that it can be. She thrives on making sure the customer is happy, and she truly cares about the entire process. I cannot think of any any demerits for her communication, she really is that good.
Time taken: She was, in my honest opinion, very quick with the time taken for something like this. I give her props and cookies for the fact that even though she was in the middle of a move and all the headaches associated with it, the quality and time taken was superb. Remember: Anything that requires a creative mind takes time. The turnaround for this was just over a month from conception to the time the piece was physically in my hands. That is damn good, trust me. Communication was quick too, which is a plus as well!!
Quality: Quality is always going to be a matter of opinion to most, however, watching her and her process, I believe that her quality is outstanding and needs to be respected and noticed as such. The charm she did to me is also of very high quality, as the artwork came out very clear (As a very important side note: Trust her completely when she gives suggestions on what looks good on these. We had discussed some of the details in the face that might compromise the sharpness and quality of the final product. We both agreed and I trusted her to omit some fine detail to protect the integrity of the piece, and it was very clear to have made a positive impact.).
Attention to detail: She has a keen sense of Attention to detail and strives to make sure that everything is correct and solid before moving on to the next phase. Especially with the size of these charms, the ability to recognize and foresight how these will turn out with specific traits of a design is essential; and she has these traits. She handled Cy's markings like a boss, making sure that they were right, and since he has a bunch of tiny details that may not work on a piece this small, I trusted her to make those those executive decisions to omit whatever detail she deemed unnecessary to protect the integrity of the image. The trust was well placed, and I could not be happier. Sometimes, Attention to Detail is not just accuracy and tiny itty bitty things; it is the ability to see what works and what doesn't within a piece, and making decisions that positively impact the piece as a whole.
Overall satisfaction: I am extremely pleased with my experiences with her. She is quick, timely, focused, friendly, passionate, driven, experienced, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and a ton of positive vibes wrapped up in a tiny package with a bow. It was a pleasure to commission her, and I will gladly commission her again in the near future. She will definitely give you one of the best experiences for Creative Services in the Anthro community. If there was any doubt or hesitation, abolish them and give her a shout for a commission. <3
